We ship fresh summer truffles (tuber aestivum) worldwide from early May until the end of September. Shipments go out every Monday.

Summer truffles have their own unique scent and flavor, which is earthy and has notes of mushroom and hazelnut. While they are less intense than the famous black winter truffles, they are also less expensive, making them a good choice for experimenting with truffles in your own kitchen for the first time.

Minimum order is 100gr (3.5 ounces). Market price changes weekly and shipping is determined by your delivery address.
